Led by Executive Chef, David Pacheco who has been classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu, where he graduated with Honors, and has had over Ten years of proven success, across multiple cooking platforms.

Backroad Cantina
From our humble beginnings of selling Michele's Salsa, which became locally famous. It then turned into Tamales, Culinary School, Catering for local schools, businesses, and meal prep!
